Viktoria is an Oregon attorney practicing civil rights, criminal defense, and family defense. She is an experienced advocate, has tried serious criminal cases to jury verdict, and prides herself in her ability to connect with her clients.
Viktoria has specialized in Oregon Department of Human Services Child Welfare cases. She represents parents, grandparents, and children under investigation by child welfare and has successfully overturned dozens of founded abuse and neglect dispositions.
Viktoria also fights for people's civil rights in federal and state court: from protesters injured by police to victims of sexual abuse by powerful actors in our institutions.
Viktoria graduated from Harvard Law School in 2017 after completing a Fulbright Scholarship in South Korea. Born in Armenia, Viktoria spent her early childhood living in Russia and Germany. Prior to opening her solo law practice, Viktoria worked as a public defender at Metropolitan Public Defender and then an associate attorney at Levi Merrithew Horst, a civil rights, criminal and juvenile defense law firm.
Viktoria volunteers as the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Public Defender of Marion County. She also works as a contract attorney for the CLEAR Legal Clinic Criminal Record Relief team, helping clients expunge their records.
